TWO NOMINATIONS FOR THE UNITER AWARDS
Six years after the first nominations for the Uniter Gala Awards (in 2006, in the categories "Best Supporting Actor": Richard Balint - "Best Direction Award": Victor Ioan Frunză, with the show THE MERRY WIFE OF WINDSOR), the Regina Maria Theatre is back in the spotlight of the specialized critics, having the great pleasure of announcing the two nominations received for the 2012 Uniter Gala Awards.
Thus, set designer Vioara Bara and actress Ioana Dragoş-Gajdo both received a nomination: the former for best set design in the show THE ROOF FISTING Fiddler and Ioana for best supporting role, the role of Golde in the same mega-successful show by the Regina Maria Theater.
Actriţa Ioana Dragoş Gajdo se află la a doua nominalizare, după cea din 2003, pentru rolul Bernarda Alba din spectacolul „Alge, Bernarda’s House Remix” de Federico Garcia Lorca, în regia artistică a lui Radu Afrim, la Teatrul “Andrei Mureşanu” din Sfântu Gheorghe. În schimb, pentru scenografa Vioara Bara este prima nominalizare de acest gen.
De la premiera din luna septembrie a anului 2011, musicalul SCRIPCARUL PE ACOPERIȘ (în regia artistică lui Korcsmaros Gyorgy) a înregistrat un success fulminant atât pe scena orădeană, cât şi în afara oraşului (amintim de participarea la Festivalul Internaţional al Artelor Spectacolului Muzical “Viaţa e frumoasă” din luna noiembrie a anului trecut de la Bucureşti). La Oradea s-a jucat numai cu casa închisă, performanţă reuşită pe parcursul a şase spectacole.

An Enemy of the People – premiere of a debate show at the Great Hall
The "Iosif Vulcan" troupe of the Regina Maria Theater in Oradea presents on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 7:00 PM, at the Great Hall, the premiere of the show "An Enemy of the People", adaptation by Thomas Ostermeier and Florian Borchmeyer after Henrik Ibsen, directed by Radu Iacoban.
The cast consists of: Alina Leonte (Katharina Stockmann), Richard Balint (Peter Stockmann), Răzvan Vicoveanu (Thomas Stockmann), Gabriela Codrea (Nina Aslaksen), Elvira Rîmbu (Marta Kill), Alin Stanciu (Hovstad) and Tudor Manea (Billing).
