The Arcadia troupe of the Regina Maria Theatre invites you during\u00a0June 4 \u2013 July 2, 2017<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0at a new edition of the Arcadia Children's Theater Festival. A large event, organized together with the Cultural Foundation "International Theater Festival" and the Regina Maria Theater, in partnership with the Oradea City Hall, the National Organization of the Scouts of Romania - Oradea Local Center and the Association for the Promotion of Tourism in Oradea and the Region, which will bring a smile to the faces of all children, both the little ones and those who have still retained their playful spirit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Princes, princesses, dragons, ogres, fairies, mischievous cats, all the favorite characters from the most beautiful children's stories will meet in Oradea, eager to meet curious viewers and invite them into the beautiful world of fairy tales. Wonderful performances, presented by theaters from Cluj-Napoca, Oradea, Timi\u0219oara, Bucharest, Arad and Ploie\u0219ti, will delight the Oradea audience for a month, transforming the entire city into a space of storytelling.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the surprises of the festival, prepared with great love by the Arcadia Troupe, is the premiere of the show "Hungarian Folk Tales", a show by Igor Lungu. "The Rabbit and the Hedgehog", "The Big Bad Wolf", "The Poor Man and the Tricked Fox" and "The Bear and the Cat", four stories with an explanation, will come to life on the theater stage on Sunday, June 18, at 11:00 AM, at the Arcadia Hall.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We also invite the most daring and creative children to participate in\u00a0CREATIVE WORKSHOPS AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>supported by ONCR, in the Oradea Citadel, which will take place in\u00a0period June 26 \u2013 30<\/span><\/strong>, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. They will be able to hunt for treasures, learn how to tie the most intricate knots, paint, create bracelets and small works of art from origami and quilling.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. BUBBLE and MILKSHAKE return to the Oradea Citadel, where they will perform a little magic and it will "rain with giant soap bubbles".<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, as every year, we are waiting for all theater lovers, young and old, to the "Parade of Fairytale Characters and Puppets", which will open the festival on Sunday, June 4, at 5:00 PM. And because we know that you, the children, give life to the most wonderful characters, we have prepared another surprise for you: another parade in which you are invited to come dressed as your favorite characters.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have to share a secret with you: after each show, a special raffle with prizes for children will be held.<\/span><\/p>\n
