A collage of sketches by the incomparable master of the genre – IL Caragiale (“The Visit” and “A New School Teacher”) will be the next premiere, proposed for the end of December or the beginning of January 2001, being a show addressed to schoolchildren in grades I-IX, directed by Ion Mâinea.
The third premiere, proposed for April 2001, is the play "Nota zero la purtare" by Virgil Stoenescu and Octavian Sava, a classic (but very current!) text reflecting snippets of school life (directed by Ion Mâinea).
The Hungarian section will stage a show based on Garcia Lorca, intended for teenagers and adults, directed by Mrs. Bori Ghiţulescu from Cluj-Napoca, with a premiere in January 2001.
As part of the "Orădene Autumn", the week of October 2-8 will include a series of events that will take place at the Oradea Theatre. Arcade. It will be a selection of the best performances of the last ten years (in fact, a corollary of the events dedicated to the 50th anniversary of puppet theater in Oradea). On October 2, the opening of a drawing exhibition entitled "Little Picasso" will be organized, consisting of the works of talented students from all the general schools of Oradea." (Lia Gale, 2000)
