The Regina Maria Theatre grants exemptions, in accordance with the provisions of ART. 21 paragraph 1 of Law No. 448/2006 of December 6, 2006 republished on the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities, respectively the provisions of art. 1 paragraph 1 of GD no. 385 of March 18, 2004 on free access to cultural activities, at national level, for pensioners who have worked in the cultural-artistic field for at least 10 years.

   Law No. 448/2006 of December 6, 2006 art. 21 (1) "The competent public administration authorities have the obligation to facilitate access for disabled people to cultural values, heritage, tourist, sports and leisure objectives,"                                                                    

  GD no. 385 of March 18, 2004 art. 1 (1) "Pensioners from the state social insurance system, as well as pensioners from other own social insurance systems, who have worked for at least 10 years in the fields of culture and art, in the plurality of typologies of artistic creations, including those who have worked in the mass media (written and audiovisual) in the fields of culture and art, benefit from free entrances, based on special ID cards, issued at the request of interested persons, to museums, memorial houses, cinemas, theaters, other cultural institutions, subordinated to central or local public administration bodies".
