Date and place of birth: 24.05.1912, Bucharest

Studies: Bucharest People's Conservatory

He started law school, but finished the Conservatory. Before the war, he appeared on the stage of the following theaters: "Mic", "Comedia", "Comic", "Savoy", and continued at the state theaters in Bârlad, Piteşti, Galaţi, Bacău, from where he arrived in Oradea, in 1966, together with his wife. Although at the age of artistic maturity, he proved to be a modern, intelligent actor, master of his profession - data that allowed him to create, also in Oradea, valuable creations in the roles: Romulus Augustus in "Romulus the Great" by Friedrich Dürrenmatt, the Lord in "The Winter Age" by Ion Omescu, Minister Brana in "Public Opinion" by Aurel Baranga, in addition to other, numerous main roles that he had played in the aforementioned theaters, and, undoubtedly, in those that followed, after he left Oradea in 1968.
