Coming from the Baia Mare Theater, together with his wife, in the 1963/1964 season, he stood out as a sensitive and powerful actor, creating several remarkable roles: Horia, in the homonymous play by Mihail Davidoglu, Eddie in "View from the Bridge" by Arthur Miller or Logofătul Teodosie in "Mihai Viteazul. Călugărenii" by Octav Dessila. After only three seasons they returned to Baia Mare.
