"FAD (Nodes and Plates)" at FITN Arad
The Iosif Vulcan troupe of the Regina Maria Theatre recently returned from the sixth edition of the New Theatre Festival in Arad, where it participated with the show "FAD (Noduri și plăci)", by Nicola Wilson, directed by Horia Suru.
As every year, the Oradea band enjoyed success and was rewarded with applause. Positive reactions were not long in appearing in the press, with the editor and coordinator of the Bookhub.ro website stating:
"FAD" it's a show to watch again, it's one of those that you carry with you through the world until you enter the theater again. It's contemporary, it's with and about our fears, it's about how we don't live our lives. It's a show that I would see performed in Bucharest and not just here. And the fact that I saw it in the Arad International Festival of New Theatre (6th edition) – FITN6, it also makes me think of the motto under which the festival is being held this year: "Learn from life!"Because, what other show could be more suitable to illustrate this slogan than tasteless.?”

The curator of the International New Theatre Festival this year was the theatre critic Claudiu Groza, who selected 20 theatre performances produced by state or independent companies from Bucharest and the country, as well as two foreign performances, from the Netherlands and Spain. We are glad to have been part of the festival program this year and we hope that this experience will be repeated for many editions from now on.
From Arad we head to the "Atelier" International Theater Festival, also with the show "FAD (Nods and Plates)", which will be performed on June 2, from 5:00 PM, at the Baia Mare Municipal Theater.
Congratulations to the team of the show "FAD (Noduri și plați)" for the success!
