PRESS RELEASE AUTUMN HARMONIES | premiere of the Professional Artistic Ensemble "Crișana"

The "Crișana" Professional Artistic Ensemble of the Regina Maria Theater invites you on Friday, November 12, from 6:00 PM, at the Great Hall to enjoy a thematic folklore show: "Autumn Harmonies".

The ensemble's beloved artists: Otilia Haragoș Seghedi, Petrică Popa, Leontin Ciucur, Stângaciu, the orchestra and the dance troupe will present folklore moments that harmoniously combine folk music and dance, starting from the two characteristic features of autumn: the play and good will that bring people together during the harvest period, but also the melancholy of long, cool evenings, which invite deep contemplation and dreaming.

The special guests of the event are the Cluj folk music soloists Valeria and Traian Ilea, who form a beautiful couple both on stage and in their personal lives. They have been singing together since 1999, during which time they managed to stand out all over the world, being known especially for the famous song "Pușca și cureaua lată".

Tickets are already on sale at the theater agency, open from Tuesday to Friday between 10:00 and 14:00 or one hour before the show, and online at Eventim.ro.

According to the new regulations in force, access to the performance halls is allowed only for people vaccinated against the SARS-COV-2 virus, for whom 10 days have passed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule, people who present a certificate attesting that they are between the 15th and 180th day following confirmation of infection with SARS-CoV-2, and minors under 12 years of age. Wearing a protective mask is mandatory for the entire duration of the event (from entering the foyer until leaving the building).

We look forward to spending a charming autumn evening together, in the Romanian spirit!

On the 50th anniversary of the first theater festival in Oradea – Short Theatre Week, the Regina Maria Theatre announces the selection of the 10th edition of the Oradea International Theatre Festival (FITO), financed by the Bihor County Council, which will take place between 11–20 September 2026. This year's anniversary edition brings to the fore a broad and diverse program, built around the two already established sections: the 28th edition of the Short Theatre Festival and the 6th edition of the Arcadia Children's Theatre Festival, which resumes after an 8-year break. The program of performances will be supported by a series of other events that will transform FITO into a meeting place between artists, professionals in the field of performing arts and the public.
