Depending on the contracts concluded with the Regina Maria Theatre partners, there may be additional fees. Additional fees represent the costs incurred in processing payments. Reservations are recorded at the time of confirmation of your payment. Regina Maria Theatre reserves the right to change the price of tickets.

Ticket refund

The Regina Maria Theatre will not refund the ticket price except in exceptional circumstances, such as the cancellation of the show. The amount refunded does not include the fees charged by the payment processor. People who purchase tickets online may cancel the reservation made after purchasing the tickets online. To benefit from the refund, it is necessary to send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "RETURN name and date of performance" together with the proof of order, received via email/sms from the payment processor, at least 72 hours before the date and time of the scheduled performance. No request received after the aforementioned deadline will be honored. The Regina Maria Theater will not refund the value of the tickets in case of no-show at the officially announced start time of the performance.

Limitation of liability

Teatrul Regina Maria is not liable in any way and bears no responsibility for the card payment processing service. Teatrul Regina Maria is not responsible for any error and/or fraud arising from or in connection with this service. At the same time, although the payment services are offered and managed entirely and independently by our providers, Teatrul Regina Maria will take all reasonable measures to limit as much as possible the risk of such errors and/or fraud.

The Regina Maria Theatre will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Site and will attempt to correct errors as quickly as possible. The Regina Maria Theatre is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions made in the provision of information by Users.

Users of the Site agree not to hold the Regina Maria Theater responsible for incorrect or fraudulent use of the Site.

In the event of force majeure, the Regina Maria Theatre and/or its operators, employees and representatives are completely exempt from liability. Applicable law. Disputes

The rights and obligations of the users of the Site and of Teatrul Regina Maria, provided for by the Terms and Conditions, as well as all the legal effects they produce, will be interpreted, implemented and governed in accordance with the Romanian law in force. Any dispute arising in connection with the Terms and Conditions will be resolved amicably. In the event of impossibility of reaching an agreement, the dispute will be resolved by the competent Romanian court within the territorial jurisdiction of the municipality of Oradea or by the court of the municipality closest to the venue of the performance in the case of travel.

Official regulations for participation in the performances of the Regina Maria Theatre

The Regina Maria Theater brings to your attention the following basic rules, mandatory for all persons participating in the theater's performances.

By participating in the shows and events of the Regina Maria Theatre, spectators undertake to respect these regulations throughout their presence in the theatre premises. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the theatre reserves the right to refuse access to persons or exclude them from the events taking place in the theatre halls and spaces, without having the obligation to refund the ticket value.

Discounted tickets

The Regina Maria Theatre offers discounts on tickets for pupils, students and pensioners, within the limit of available seats. Discounted tickets can be purchased exclusively on the basis of supporting documents and only through the Theatre Agency. When checking the tickets, the spectator must prove his/her status as a pupil, student or pensioner. Otherwise, the Regina Maria Theatre may refuse his/her access to the hall without refunding the value of the respective ticket.

Age restrictions

Some performances of the Regina Maria Theatre may contain messages not recommended for a certain age segment. In this case, the theatre will warn viewers about the age restriction on the poster of the respective production, on the monthly poster and on the institution's official website and reserves the right to refuse access to the performance hall for the age categories that are the subject of this message.

Access to the performance halls

Public access to the performance hall after the performance starts is not allowed, except for performances with a break, in which case access can be made during the break, but the availability of the seat is lost.

Failure to show up on time for the show does not entitle you to a refund of the ticket or its use at a later performance. The purchased ticket cannot be exchanged or returned regardless of the reason given.

Presence in the theaters

Spectators undertake to respect the rules of good conduct, to maintain public order and accepted standards of conduct, security and fire safety regulations, and to comply with the orders and regulations of the Regina Maria Theatre and/or law enforcement agencies.

By attending the shows and events of the Regina Maria Theatre, the spectator agrees to be filmed and/or photographed during them by persons authorized by the theatre and allows the use of photo/video/audio recordings for promotional purposes.

The following are strictly prohibited inside the Regina Maria Theater:

• photographing, filming or audio recording of the Regina Maria Theatre performances without prior consent from the management
• use of mobile phones throughout the duration of the show/event
• smoking inside the Regina Maria Theatre (including medicinal or electronic cigarettes)
• consumption of food and drinks in the theater
• access by intoxicated persons
• access of animals inside the Regina Maria Theatre
• throwing any object on stage or in the hall, committing actions that violate order and endanger the course of events
• storage of any type of goods in the performance hall
• aggressive behavior, vulgar and abusive language, threats, raised tone towards other spectators or theater representatives
• performing commercial acts of any type or distributing materials with informational and/or advertising content without the written consent of management.

Representatives of the Regina Maria Theater reserve the right to intervene in any of these situations in order to comply with the above.

Changing the show schedule

In exceptional cases, involving the illness of an actor, a fortuitous event or in case of force majeure, the Regina Maria Theater reserves the right to make changes to the show program, and tickets sold may be refunded or renewed for another performance.

We remind the public that the Regina Maria Theater is the sole producer, owner of the copyright and related rights in the shows and the shows presented by it, therefore it reserves the right to defend its interests by all means provided by law.
