WINTER HOLIDAYS AT THE REGINA MARIA THEATRE
The winter holidays are an occasion for joy. Let's celebrate with the Crişana Professional Artistic Ensemble in the premiere performance WINTER HOLIDAYS AT THE REGINA MARIA THEATRE.
We will celebrate the birth of Jesus together, we will watch caroling customs and folk songs performed by the members of the ensemble. On the program: Ionel Ban, Simona Costin, Felicia Costin, Viorica Bradea, Cornelia Covaciu, Luminiţa Tomuţa, Voichiţa Mihoc, Cornel Borza, Leontin Ciucur, Petre Frasin, Stângaciu, the corps of dancers and the orchestra led by Liviu Buţiu.
Special guests: Valeria and Traian Ilea.
Alongside them, we will enjoy the presence of the beloved actors of the Iosif Vulcan Troupe: Mihaela Gherdan, Andrian Locovei, Ion Ruscuţ, George Voinese and Emil Sauciuc. The scenography is by Amalia Judea, and the conductor will be Liviu Buţiu.
The premiere will take place on Tuesday, December 11, at 7:00 PM in the Great Hall of the Theater.

On the 50th anniversary of the first theater festival in Oradea – Short Theatre Week, the Regina Maria Theatre announces the selection of the 10th edition of the Oradea International Theatre Festival (FITO), financed by the Bihor County Council, which will take place between 11–20 September 2026. This year's anniversary edition brings to the fore a broad and diverse program, built around the two already established sections: the 28th edition of the Short Theatre Festival and the 6th edition of the Arcadia Children's Theatre Festival, which resumes after an 8-year break. The program of performances will be supported by a series of other events that will transform FITO into a meeting place between artists, professionals in the field of performing arts and the public.
