Regina Maria Theater reopens the doors of TRM Academy – personal development program through theater
The Regina Maria Theater launches a new edition of TRM Academy, an educational program dedicated to all those who want to discover themselves through art, develop their confidence and communication skills, and overcome their limits through theatrical exercises.
The courses will take place during November 3 – December 14, 2025, under the guidance of professional actors of the Regina Maria Theatre, and are structured in three distinct modules, adapted to different age categories and experience levels:
IMPRO (+16 years), coordinators: Alin Stanciu, Cosmin Petrut and George Dometi
The improvisation course offers participants the opportunity to explore spontaneity, creativity and stage presence, in a relaxed and collaborative setting. Improvisation exercises and team games help students express themselves freely, manage their emotions and develop their communication skills.
Text interpretation (11–17 years old), coordinators: Anca Sigmirean, Lucia Rogoz and Georgia Caprărin
Aimed at teenagers, this module aims to develop expressiveness and empathy through theatrical games, diction exercises, improvisation and text analysis. The course offers young people a constructive way to get to know themselves and develop their imagination and self-confidence.
Text interpretation (+18 years), coordinators: Ioana Dragos Gajdo and Mirela Nita Lupu
A workshop dedicated to adults who wish to explore theater as a tool for self-discovery. Students will work on dramatic texts, emotional expressiveness, and stage communication, discovering how they can give meaning and depth to their own experiences through the art of acting.
Each course will take place once a week (details to be agreed with participants), during the program, and at the end, a stage presentation open to the public will be organized, during which each team will be able to capitalize on the experience gained.
Participation fee: 300 lei/person/course

Through TRM Academy, the Regina Maria Theater aims to bring art closer to the community and provide an educational framework in which theater becomes a means of personal expression, self-knowledge and growth.
