One of the most famous and beloved stories by children, "The Wizard of Oz" has managed to seduce entire generations of children over time.

Written at the beginning of the century, more precisely in 1900, "The Wizard of Oz" has become an immortal story over time, being considered, in fact, the first modern American fairy tale. The adventures of Dorothy - a little girl from Kansas, thrown by a tornado into unknown lands, along with a whole host of characters - the Straw Man, the Tin Man, the Lion and Toto, the dog - are famous throughout the world, having known numerous dramatizations and screen adaptations. Although more than 100 years have passed since the release of this book, children around the world are still fascinated by the wonderful world of Oz.

The story will tell how one day Dorothy, caught by surprise by a tornado and carried away with her dog Toto, arrives in the distant land of Oz. Here, they meet the people of Oz. Also here, Dorothy meets the Straw Man, the man made of straw, as his name suggests, who wishes to have a little brain, the Cowardly Lion, who wants to become a brave lion like all the other lions, and the Tin Man who would also like a heart in his chest, like normal people have.

The only chance the protagonists of the story have to fulfill their wishes is to meet the Wizard of Oz. Only he has the power to help them. Thus begins their journey to the Emerald City. This proves to be a very difficult one, as the friends have to go through several trials. After a long and exhausting journey they reach the wizard, but he does not want to fulfill their wishes so easily, but they have to overcome several obstacles.
