Awarded the Grand Prize and the Directing Prize at the Oradea Short Theatre Week Festival, 6th edition 1984, for the show "Water" by Dumitru Solomon, after two more shows: "The Eighteenth Camel" by Samuil Alioşin and "High School Exam" by Dumitru Solomon, he took off for the capital, where, together with his future wife, known in Oradea, they went from one performance to another, collecting national awards and appreciations for most of the shows they signed together.  (Presentation by Eugen Ţugulea)
