Young Dan Glasu came to the Oradea State Theater with a very good student CV, as a graduate of the Târgu Mureş Theater Institute, where he studied and performed several remarkable roles: Richard III, Trigorin, Pampon, Pristanda. Authentic talent, studious, intelligent, Dan Glasu has experienced a remarkable professional evolution, today being one of the "heavyweights" of the Târgu Mureș troupe, because he returned to his hometown, where he is now also an acting teacher. He debuted with enthusiasm in the role of a voter in "A Lost Letter" by IL Caragiale, proud that the director is Alexandru Colpacci and happy to take part in his first tour in Greece.

Well-built, dark-haired, mustachioed and very serious, Dan Glasu deliberately wanted to appear older. His voice… Baritone voice helped him a lot. He was cast, alongside the young and talented Cristina Şchiopu, in the role of one of the two reporters in the play „Interviu” by Ecaterina Oproiu. The chronicler appreciated their „remarkable” effort to animate the action„ of the play, often threatened with dragging. In the role of Ghermănescu in ”Cartea lui Ioviţă„ by Paul Everac, alongside his colleagues, we could say masters (Jean Săndulescu, Eugen Ţugulea) he built an energetic character, difficult to contradict. In a modest show (”Hostage Z„ by Jozef Hen) staged by Polish director Tadeusz Pliszkiewicz, the actor built a credible character (Paul), giving him a good part of his own data. In Dumitru Solomon's "Diogenes the Dog", he supported in a small but well-defined role (the character Pasiphon), the wonderful actor Eugen Harizomenov (a great Diogenes) and several other good actors of the troupe, all of whom "put their shoulder" to the creation of a remarkable show.

In an older interview, Dan Glasu said that "first of all, theater means love" and, last but not least, it must respond to a need formulated by the beneficiary, that is, the audience.
