 ANNOUNCEMENT   

   On 17.10.2016 at 9.00 am          THEATRE “REGINA MARIA” – ORADEA, organizes a competition for the filling of a vacant contractual budgetary position, under the legal basis of HG286/2011 – text processed in force from 24.Nov.2014, Section 3, Art.7, para. (1):

Specific conditions: – 1 vacant firefighter position - GM studies, qualification course, firefighter certificate. The competition will take place at the headquarters of the Regina Maria Theater in Oradea, and will consist of the following tests:written and interview.                                                                                    A

What is needed to register for the competition:                                                                                                                                                                      

• Application for entry to the competition;
• Curriculum vitae
• Criminal record;
• Original and copies – academic documents
• Original and copy identity documents (ID card, birth and marriage certificate where applicable)
• Copy of work record or certificate attesting to seniority and specialty; ;
• Medical certificate attesting to health status;

General criteria for participation in the competition:

1. A. have Romanian citizenship, citizenship of other member states of the European Union or of states belonging to the European Economic Area and domicile in Romania;
2.     to know the Romanian language, written and spoken;
3.     has the minimum age regulated by legal provisions;
4.   d. has full capacity to exercise;
5.       has a state of health appropriate to the position for which he/she is applying, certified on the basis of a medical certificate issued by the family doctor or by the authorized health units;
6.     meets the educational requirements and, where applicable, seniority or other specific conditions according to the requirements of the position being advertised;

       g.. has not been definitively convicted of a crime against humanity, against the state or against authority, of duty or in connection with duty, which impedes the administration of justice, of forgery or acts of corruption or of a crime committed intentionally, which would make it incompatible with the exercise of the function, except in the case where rehabilitation has occurred. Bibliography and topics for the firefighter competition/exam: – Law No. 307/2006 on Fire Protection; ; – Law 431/2004 – Republished by Civil Protection; -OMAI No. 163/2007-Methodological norms; – OMAI no. 96/2016 – regarding performance criteria for the establishment and classification of SPSU; – Order No. 14/2009 – General Fire Protection Provisions for Arrangements in Closed and Temporary Spaces; – HG/537/2009 on establishing contraventions of PSI norms. . Regulations on the organization and functioning of the institution. – The deadline for submitting applications is 12.10.2016 at 9:00 am;

• Stage I: – Study and selection of files – will take place on 12.10.2016 2:00 p.m.;

        – Result of displaying folder selection – will take place on  13.10.2016 9.00 am; ;  Candidates whose file has been admitted - will proceed to the next stage next – exam/competition.

• Stage II – The competition will consist of: – written test, will take place on  17.10.2016 9.00 am; ;  
• Duration of the tests  : 2 hours;
• Written test answer, , will be displayed in .10.2016, 9:00 a.m.;                                                                                             – Admitted candidates will enter the interview stage.

•  Stage III – Interview  – will take place on  20.10.2016 9.00 am; ;
• Displaying the final results – on the date of 10. 2016 9:00 a.m.;
• The declared candidate PASSED in the competition/exam, they report to the post within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of the final result of the
• Upon registration – candidates will receive the bibliography. .
• The members of the grading committee grade each paper with points from 1 to 100;
• The final grade represents the arithmetic average of the grades obtained in the mandatory tests.
• To be declared admitted, the candidate must obtain a minimum of 50 points on each examination test and a minimum of 70 points on the final grade.
• The candidate with the highest final grade is declared admitted.
• Appeals must be submitted within 24 hours of the results being posted.
• Candidates can only challenge the results of their own papers.
• Resolving complaints – max. 48 hours.
• The grade awarded after the appeal is final.
