The Regina Maria Theatre, as a personal data controller, through this policy explains how personal data is collected, used, processed and managed in the online environment.

The personal data policy is based on the legislative framework established by Regulation No. 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation").Regulation”).

1. Presentation

The Regina Maria Theater is a public cultural institution of local interest, having as its main object of activity the creation of artistic productions consisting of theater performances from national and universal dramaturgy, performances and cultural and artistic events with the aim of promoting the act of culture.

2. Definitions

In this procedure, terms with the following meanings are used:

"personal data"- any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;

"processing” – any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

"restriction of processing” – marking of stored personal data in order to limit their future processing;

"creating profiles""" means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements;

"Operator"- Regina Maria Theater, entity that establishes the purposes and means of processing personal data; when the purposes and means of processing are established in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

"the consent of the data subject"- any free, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear statement, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data concerning him or her;

"supervisory authority" – National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing

"Online platform” – the websites developed under the domain name owned by the Regina Maria Theatre – www.teatrulreginamaria.ro

"Online social media platform" - any platform, owned or not by the Operator, through which the Operator's activity is promoted in any way.

The Regina Maria Theater processes personal data on the basis of:

• legal provisions regarding employment relationships;
• legal provisions regarding contracts with collaborators;

The Regina Maria Theater will process personal data until the legal retention period or the declared retention period ends, as the case may be, or until their deletion is requested, according to the applicable legal provisions.

For personal data for which there is no legally established retention period, the Regina Maria Theatre declares that its own retention period is 10 years.

The Regina Maria Theatre has the right to refuse to respond in the event of excessive, repeated, unfounded requests.

The right to erasure ("to be forgotten") means the right to request the erasure of personal data, without undue delay, where one of the following reasons applies: they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed, the withdrawal of consent and the absence of another legal basis for the processing;

Right to restriction of processing can be exercised by you if the person contests the accuracy of the data, the data is obtained unlawfully or is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The restriction for inaccuracy is carried out for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data. Restricting the data means marking it and not using it in the future.

8. Questions and exercise of rights

From the moment of receiving the request, the Regina Maria Theatre will formulate a response within 30 days. In case there are reasonable suspicions regarding the person who sent the request, we may take steps to clarify and confirm that the request was sent by the person concerned. In the event that the request sent is complex or a situation of objective impossibility to respond within the indicated deadline is determined, the Regina Maria Theatre will inform about the extension operated.

The Regina Maria Theatre may make changes to this Privacy Policy. Any changes (revisions, additions) made to this Privacy Policy will be published without prior notice and will be immediately applicable.
