Regina Maria Theater on summer tour

The Oradea International Theatre Festival ended successfully, after eight days filled with culture and artistic charm, in which Oradea residents were able to see some of the most appreciated theatre and dance performances staged at theatres in the country, but also abroad. Actors from theatre companies from Moldova, France, Ukraine and Georgia delighted the Oradea audience with splendid and charming performances, being rewarded for the wonderful moments with many smiles and applause.

The very next day after the end of FITO, the actors of the Iosif Vulcan Troupe of the Regina Maria Theatre embark on an international tour with the show "Hamlet's Trap", by Nedialko Yordanov, directed by Petru Vutcărău.

Thus, between June 10-18, performances will take place in three cities in Georgia: Kutaisi, Zugdidi and Tbilisi as part of specialized festivals that bring together troupes from all over the world to the delight of the Georgian public. The Akhmeteli Theater in Tbilisi participated in this edition of the International Theater Festival with the performance "Brutus or the Assassination of Julius Caesar", by Tuncer Cucenoglu, directed by Irakli Gogia, a performance that won no less than three awards!

Starting on June 19, the international adventure continues at the U Troitsy Festival, in Sergiyev Posad, Russia, where Hamlet will try to convince the audience that the only madness he is guilty of is telling the truth: the throne of Denmark is occupied by two regicides, the murderers of his father!

After two weeks spent in other lands, between June 26-30 we go to the sea to "do politics": the show "...ESCU" will be performed as part of this edition of the "Myths of the Fortress" International Theater Festival organized by the Constanta State Theater.

The last performance of this season is the show "Domnișoara Iulia", which is part of the program of the International Theater Festival organized in Turda and will be performed on July 4th.
