DAY 5 OF THE ORADEA INTERNATIONAL THEATRE FESTIVAL, 2016 EDITION

The Oradea International Theatre Festival has reached its fifth day, transforming the city into a grand theatre stage, where actors, directors, theatre critics and spectators alike experienced the excitement of an extraordinary cultural encounter. Four days of memorable events, which continue today, September 29, with an exciting theatrical offer.

The day begins with an irresistible invitation: theater and film director, Univ. Prof. Dr. Alexa Visarion invites all theater lovers, from 1:00 p.m., in the Festive Hall of the "Mihai Eminescu" National College, at a dialogue about the variety of the actor today: „"The actor and his mystery now - paths of artistic creation". Also, during this meeting, the launch of the volume "" will take place in Oradea.”Alexa Visarion or the destiny of the voiceÞtake it", edition coordinated by Elena Saulea, published by Junimea Publishing House in 2015, which the master himself will present to the public.

From 7:00 PM, at the Great Hall of the Regina Maria Theater, the brave soldier „"Švejk"” invites you to be amused by the military adventures he faces, in a comedy by Alexandru Dabija. With an exceptional cast, including actors Pavel Bartoş and Alexandru Papadopol, the show at the Odeon Theatre in Bucharest will raise laughter and applause.

The day will be completed by the two shows in the Competition section: „"It's actually beautiful,", a show by Volker Schmidt, from 7:00 p.m., at the Trade Unions Culture House, production of the German State Theatre Timişoara and „"Orlando", after Virgia Wolf, directed by Anca Bradu, from 9:00 PM, at the Mobile Stage – Unirii Square, a production by the Csokonai Theatre in Debrecen, Hungary.

Tickets are on sale at the theater's Ticket Agency from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 19:00, and on weekends between 10:00 and 13:00 or one hour before each performance. You can also purchase tickets online at www.biletmaster.ro.
