Regina Maria Theatre announces the winner of the Open Call for young directors
The Regina Maria Theater thanks all the participants who sent their proposals within the Open Call dedicated to young directors! It was a close competition, with creative and original projects, which confirmed once again the talent of the new generation of directors.
The finalists of this edition are:
Teodora Petre (winner)
Madalin Hincu
Cristina Giurgea
Michael Gligan
We are pleased to announce that Teodora Petre will stage the proposed show this season, the theme she chose being one that we want to explore in our repertoire. Also, the proposals of the other three finalists remain in our attention for future seasons.

An Enemy of the People – premiere of a debate show at the Great Hall
The "Iosif Vulcan" troupe of the Regina Maria Theater in Oradea presents on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 7:00 PM, at the Great Hall, the premiere of the show "An Enemy of the People", adaptation by Thomas Ostermeier and Florian Borchmeyer after Henrik Ibsen, directed by Radu Iacoban.
The cast consists of: Alina Leonte (Katharina Stockmann), Richard Balint (Peter Stockmann), Răzvan Vicoveanu (Thomas Stockmann), Gabriela Codrea (Nina Aslaksen), Elvira Rîmbu (Marta Kill), Alin Stanciu (Hovstad) and Tudor Manea (Billing).
