SCHOOL PROGRAM DIFFERENTLY AT THE REGINA MARIA THEATRE

The Regina Maria Theater responded to the "School Differently" Program - between April 1-5, 2013, we planned a number of 13 performances for students - both at the Great Hall and the Arcadia Hall or on tour in Timișoara.

„"Alternative School" offers a new experience to schools in Romania. Although many of them have experience with extracurricular projects, a week of activities carried out outside of class, with projects and events specific to each school cycle in which all the school's students are involved, is a great challenge and a novelty in the local landscape.

We would like to point out that these performances are organized for students from schools in the county, but if there are those who wish to participate in the performances, they are asked to call the Theater Agency (0259/440.742) to ask about the availability of seats in the halls.

On the 50th anniversary of the first theater festival in Oradea – Short Theatre Week, the Regina Maria Theatre announces the selection of the 10th edition of the Oradea International Theatre Festival (FITO), financed by the Bihor County Council, which will take place between 11–20 September 2026. This year's anniversary edition brings to the fore a broad and diverse program, built around the two already established sections: the 28th edition of the Short Theatre Festival and the 6th edition of the Arcadia Children's Theatre Festival, which resumes after an 8-year break. The program of performances will be supported by a series of other events that will transform FITO into a meeting place between artists, professionals in the field of performing arts and the public.
