This fall, the Regina Maria Theater continues the TRM Academy program, dedicated to those who want to communicate more freely, develop their confidence, and discover an authentic form of expression through theater.

TRM Academy offers a safe space for exploration, where the tools of the actor's art become useful resources not only on stage, but also in everyday life. Participants are encouraged to experiment without pressure, to observe their emotions and to discover more freedom and security in their relationships with others.

The new module takes place during the period September 29–October 13, 2026 and includes seven meetings coordinated by the actor Sebastian Wolf.

THE TOOLS OF THE ACTOR'S ART FOR DAILY LIFE (+16)

What happens to your voice and breathing when you know you're being watched? How do you stay present when emotion or fear of being judged arises?

Through practical exercises inspired by actor training, participants will work with breathing, speech, presence and emotional expressiveness. The workshop aims to develop self-confidence and safety in front of an audience, while also offering methods for recognizing and managing emotions.

Vulnerability and safety will become starting points for a process of personal exploration, in which each participant will be able to discover how to express themselves more clearly, consciously and authentically.

Sebastian Lupu is an actor of the Regina Maria Theater and a graduate of the Academy of Theater and Film - "Hyperion" Faculty in Bucharest, class of 1997. In a career spanning almost three decades, he has performed numerous roles from the classical and contemporary repertoire, was artistic director of the Arcadia Troupe and directed the shows "Snake in the Grass" and "Dance and Costel".

The course is aimed at people aged 16 and over. No previous experience in theatre is required, just curiosity, openness and a willingness to explore.

The meetings will take place between 18:00–20:00, according to the following schedule:

• Tuesday, September 29;
• Wednesday, September 30;
• Thursday, October 1;
• Tuesday, October 6;
• Wednesday, October 7;
• Thursday, October 8;
• Tuesday, October 13.

The number of places is limited, and registration is considered complete only after payment confirmation.

The fee covers participation in all seven meetings, working materials and a certificate of participation.
