EXTRAORDINARY CONCERT – “UNITORIAL DAY”
Bihor County Council, the Regina Maria Theater and the Crişana Professional Artistic Ensemble invite you on Tuesday, January 24, from 7:00 PM, to the Great Hall of the Regina Maria Theater to celebrate together the Union of the Romanian Principalities through the extraordinary concert "On the Day of the Union".
The show will be presented by the beloved actor George Voinese. Special guests in the show are Petrică Mîţu Stoian and Laura Lavric, who will perform alongside Bihor artists Simona Costin, Otilia Haragoş Seghedi, Felicia Costin, Petrică Popa, Cornelia Covaciu, Luminiţa Tomuţa, Stângaciu, Cornel Borza and Leontin Ciucur. Accompanying the orchestra of the Crişana Professional Artistic Ensemble, conducted by maestro Adrian Miescu.

The price of a ticket is 35 lei in the central boxes, 30 lei in the side boxes, 25 lei in the hall and 20 lei in the balcony. Tickets are on sale at the theater's Ticket Agency from Tuesday to Friday between 10:00 and 19:00, and on weekends between 10:00 and 13:00. On the 50th anniversary of the first theater festival in Oradea – Short Theatre Week, the Regina Maria Theatre announces the selection of the 10th edition of the Oradea International Theatre Festival (FITO), financed by the Bihor County Council, which will take place between 11–20 September 2026. This year's anniversary edition brings to the fore a broad and diverse program, built around the two already established sections: the 28th edition of the Short Theatre Festival and the 6th edition of the Arcadia Children's Theatre Festival, which resumes after an 8-year break. The program of performances will be supported by a series of other events that will transform FITO into a meeting place between artists, professionals in the field of performing arts and the public.
