FITO | The last three days of FITO

The Oradea International Theatre Festival is slowly coming to an end. There are only three days left in which we will be able to enjoy the events proposed by the Regina Maria Theatre within the festival.

On Friday, September 29th, you are invited from 12:00 to the colloquium coordinated by theater critic Mircea Morariu and organized in partnership with AICT Teatrologie, which will bring us "TheArguments in favor of a short theater festival. History, developments, dominant thematic and aesthetic features. Controversies".

From 4:00 PM, on the mobile stage in Unirii Square "Little Red Riding Hood" confidently sets off towards her grandmother's house, unaware of the dangers lurking in the forest. From 5:00 PM, at the National Center for Information and Tourism Promotion Bihor, REACTOR Cluj Napoca invites you to the show "MISA PĂRUT", by Alexa Băcanu, directed by Dragoș Alexandru Mușoiu.

From 7:00 PM, the game will be played at the Great Hall "The Cabin Crew", by Ronald Harwood, in the version proposed by director Ovidiu Caița, from the North Theater of Satu Mare, and from 9:00 PM, at the Trade Unions' House of Culture, the "Jean Bart" Theater Tulcea offers the Oradea audience the show "Oleanna", by David Mamet, directed by Vlad Cristache.

On Saturday, September 30, from 4:00 PM, theater critic Elisabeta Pop invites you to the launch of the volumes "Theatre: Intrigue and Love", which will take place at the R&R bookstores and coffee houses on Republicii Street no. 22. From 7:00 PM, at the Arcadia Hall, you are invited to a memorable recital, performed by actor Emil Boroghină: "Berenger", based on "The Murderer Without a Fee" by Eugène Ionesco, directed by Alina Hiristea. From 9:00 PM, at the Great Hall of the Theatre, "Pirandello's Cafe" invites you into its dreamlike and ghostly universe. Also from 9:00 PM, in Unirii Square, the "Aureliu Manea" Theater in Turda awaits you for the nonverbal street show "Origins".

On Sunday, October 1, before announcing the big winners of the 23rd edition of the Short Play Festival, we will stop by the Great Hall, from 6:00 PM, for the show "The Bear", by AP Chekhov, directed by Felix Alexa, from the Constanta State Theatre, which will also conclude the competition. After the Constanta performance, with much emotion and impatience, the Short Theatre Festival awards will be presented.

The evening will end with two performances by Oradea theaters: at 7:00 PM, at the Arcadia Hall, "Hut", by Aiat Fayez, directed at the Regina Maria Theater by Tudor Lucanu and from 8:00 PM, at the Studio Szigligeti Hall "Collisions", directed by Dimény Levente at the Szigligeti Theatre and with an extraordinary concert "Philip Band", from 9:00 PM, at the mobile stage located in Unirii Square.
