The 23rd edition of the Short Play Festival, part of the Oradea International Theatre Festival, has come to an end after eight days of theatrical marathon. The selector of this edition, theatre critic Mircea Morariu, proposed 14 performances from theatres across the country for the competition section. The task of selecting the winners fell to the jury formed by theatre critics Ion Parhon, Doru Mareș and Octavian Saiu, who decided to award the following prizes:

Best Actress Award: Nominations:

• Irina Naum – for the role Carola from the show „"Oleanna", by David Mamet – "Jean Bart" Theatre Tulcea
• Anda Mattress – for the role FRANCESCA from the show „"Half a Song", a performance by Crista Bilciu
• Dana Dumitrescu – for the role ELENA IVANOVNA POPOVA from the show „"The bear"”, by A.  Chekhov, directed by Felix Alexa – Constanta State Theatre

Best Actress Award is granted equally. The winners are:

• IrinaA Nahum – for the role Carola from the show „"Oleanna", by David Mamet – "Jean Bart" Theatre Tulcea
• AndA Mattresses – for the role FRANCESCA from the show „"Half a Song", a performance by Crista Bilciu

Best Actor Award: Nominations:

• Cristian Naum – for the role JOHN from the show „"Oleanna", by David Mamet – "Jean Bart" Theatre Tulcea
• Marius Bodochi – for the role GRIGORI STEPANOVICH SMIRNOV from the show „"The bear"”, by AP. Chekhov, directed by Felix Alexa – Constanta State Theatre
• Ion Grosu – for the role GLORY from the show „"Sleepwalking”, by Iaroslava Pulinovici, directed by Alexandru Mâzgăreanu – Nottara Theatre, Bucharest

The prize for whatit better actor is granted equally. The winners are:

• Ion Grosu – for the role GLORY from the show „"Sleepwalking”, by Iaroslava Pulinovici, directed by Alexandru Mâzgăreanu – Nottara Theatre, Bucharest

Award for Best Scenography: Nominations:

• Carmencita Brojboiu – for the show "„"THE BEAR"” –  The theatere State Constanta

Award for Best Set Design is given to the lady:

• Carmencita Brojboiu – for the show "„"THE BEAR"” –  The theatere State Constanta

Best Director Award: Nominations:

• Mihai Maniuțiu – for directing the show „"PIRANDELLO'S CAFÉ" – Regina Maria Theatre, Oradea

• Cristian Ban – for directing the show „"OUR CITY" - "Ioan Slavici" Classical Theater, Arad

Best Director Award is granted to the gentleman:
