SECOND WEEK OF THE ARCADIA CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL
The second week of the Arcadia Children's Festival has started in full swing. So far, little theater lovers have enjoyed performances and creative workshops that invited them to a different playground.
Thus, the most curious students searched for treasures, were initiated into the art of paper twisting through the quilling technique, ventured into the mysteries of mountaineering, discovered the story of kites, painted and learned how to build three-dimensional objects from paper through the origami technique. The babies entered the playful universe of the theater through two shows created for their understanding and the older ones ventured into the story of ROBIN HOOD and they played FROM THE SMALL THROUGHÞ.
The weekend brings just as many surprises, so we challenge you to venture into the Oradea Citadel and the Arcadia Theater to fully enjoy every moment.
Friday, June 17, from 4:00 PM, The talented scouts will teach participants in the creative workshops drawing and painting techniques. We ask those who come to give free rein to their imagination, as they will be able to paint on unconventional supports, such as stone, wood, paper plates and t-shirts. From 4:30 p.m. The series of workshops will end with a special introductory lesson in pottery, where children will work with clay and shape different objects with their little hands. Also on Friday, you are invited to the theater, where at the Studio Arcadia Hall, from 5:00 PM, the "Your Friends" Educational Center in Bucharest has prepared a show for the youngest spectators, aged 1-3, in their own language – BIBI AND BOBO. And from 7:00 p.m. we return to the Amphitheater in Oradea Citadel to remember the most beautiful RUSSIAN FOLK STORIES.
Saturday, June 18, from 11:00 a.m., The Ciufulici Children's Theatre Ploiești invites you to the Arcadia Hall to help PETER PEN and his friends to face the fierce Captain Hook. From 6:00 PM Dr. BUBBLE and MILKSHAKE will perform incredible magic and create GIANT SOAP BALLOONS in the Oradea Fortress. After such a miracle, good children will be rewarded from 7:00 p.m. with a CONCERT FOR CHILDREN: APOLLODOR, supported by Ada Milea, Dorina Chiriac, Radu Bânzaru, Alex Bogdan. Even naughty children will not be forgotten or ignored, so we are waiting for the naughty ones from 8:00 PM, also in the Amphitheater of the Oradea Citadel, at the CONCERT FOR NUDE CHILDREN.
Sunday, June 19, The Gulliver Theater in Galati invites you to Arcadia Hall, from 11:00, to accompany Professor Otto Lidenbrock on an extraordinary JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH. From 6:00 PM, Dr. BUBBLE and MILKSHAKE will recreate the magic GIANT SOAP BALLOONS in the Oradea Citadel. The festival continues next week with more and more fantastic moments, which will delight the souls of all those who still have at least a little bit of the magic dust of childhood in their quiver.
