«"Pui de om" is a debate, with the means of scenic art, on the meaning of authority in the state, withering, through a folk-esque fable, the imperial palace and the camarilla, torn from the country. The main hero, from the typological family of Făt-Frumos, is the trustee of a centuries-old popular experience, in which honesty, courage, justice, sincerity have earned their rightful place. Director Petru Diaconu, emphasized in the acting interpretation precisely the moments in which the ethical meaning of the lines gains relief, giving warmth to the transmission of a message that could have fallen into didacticism, thus realizing in an uplifting sense the educational content of the staging.
