"Meditating on... Letter III" - tribute show dedicated to the poet Mihai Eminescu
The Regina Maria Theater has the honor of inviting you to the cultural event marking the 168th anniversary of the birth of the poet with lyrical genius, Mihai Eminescu: "Meditating on... Letter III". The event will take place on Monday, January 15, at 7:00 PM, at the Arcadia Hall.
The one who will guide our steps through Eminescu's lyrical universe is actor Eugen Țugulea, who, through his extraordinary appreciation and love for the genius who loved his language and country, manages almost every year to bring his work to the attention of both theater, poetry and culture lovers, as well as the general public.
The lyrical journey will be harmoniously accompanied by the graceful voices of the soloists of the Crișana Professional Artistic Ensemble: Felicia Costin, Otilia Haragoş Seghedi and Cornelia Covaciu.

On the 50th anniversary of the first theater festival in Oradea – Short Theatre Week, the Regina Maria Theatre announces the selection of the 10th edition of the Oradea International Theatre Festival (FITO), financed by the Bihor County Council, which will take place between 11–20 September 2026. This year's anniversary edition brings to the fore a broad and diverse program, built around the two already established sections: the 28th edition of the Short Theatre Festival and the 6th edition of the Arcadia Children's Theatre Festival, which resumes after an 8-year break. The program of performances will be supported by a series of other events that will transform FITO into a meeting place between artists, professionals in the field of performing arts and the public.
