The 23rd edition of the Short Play Festival, part of the Oradea International Theatre Festival, has come to an end after eight days of theatrical marathon. The selector of this edition, theatre critic Mircea Morariu, proposed 14 performances from theatres across the country for the competition section. The task of selecting the winners fell to the jury formed by theatre critics Ion Parhon, Doru Mareș and Octavian Saiu, who decided to award the following prizes:

Best Actress Award: Nominations:

• Irina Naum – for the role CAROL from the show „Oleanna”, de David Mamet – Teatrul „Jean Bart” Tulcea
• Anda Saltelechi – for the role FRANCESCA from the show „Pe jumătate cântec”, un spectacol de Crista Bilciu
• Dana Dumitrescu – for the role ELENA IVANOVNA POPOVA from the show „Ursul”, de A.  Cehov, regia Felix Alexa – Teatrul de Stat Constanța

Best Actress Award se acordă ex aequo. Câștigătoarele sunt:

Premiul pentru ceit mai bun actor se acordă ex aequo. Câștigătorii sunt:

Award for Best Scenography: Nominations:

• Adrian Damian – for the show „CAFENEAUA PIRANDELLO” – Teatrul Regina Maria, Oradea
• Crista Milea –  for the show „ORAȘUL NOSTRU” –  Teatrul Clasic „Ioan Slavici” Arad
• Carmencita Brojboiu – pentru spectacolul „URSUL” –  Teatrul de Stat Constanța

Award for Best Set Design se acordă doamnei:

• Carmencita Brojboiu – pentru spectacolul „URSUL” –  Teatrul de Stat Constanța

Best Director Award: Nominations:

• Mihai Măniuțiu – pentru regia spectacolului „CAFENEAUA PIRANDELLO” – Teatrul Regina Maria, Oradea
