Crișana Professional Artistic Ensemble in Slovakia
For four days, the Crişana Professional Artistic Ensemble participated in the Cassovia Folkfest 2018 International Folklore Festival - Kosice Slovakia.
The artists from Bihor performed in Kosice, Valaliky and Kavecany and enjoyed the appreciation of the Slovak audience and the organizers. An orchestra led by conductor Adrian Miescu, the team of junior dancers of the Crişana Ensemble, as well as soloists Felicia Costin, Cornelia Covaciu, Petrică Popa, Luminiţa Tomuţa, Cornel Borza and Leontin Ciucur contributed to the success of the event.
The organizers thanked the Bihor artists for their participation and expressed their desire for such meetings to take place in the future.

On the 50th anniversary of the first theater festival in Oradea – Short Theatre Week, the Regina Maria Theatre announces the selection of the 10th edition of the Oradea International Theatre Festival (FITO), financed by the Bihor County Council, which will take place between 11–20 September 2026. This year's anniversary edition brings to the fore a broad and diverse program, built around the two already established sections: the 28th edition of the Short Theatre Festival and the 6th edition of the Arcadia Children's Theatre Festival, which resumes after an 8-year break. The program of performances will be supported by a series of other events that will transform FITO into a meeting place between artists, professionals in the field of performing arts and the public.
