The Regina Maria Theater continues, this season as well, its mission to be present not only in the heart of Oradea, but also in the midst of the communities in Bihor county and the country. Through both troupes – Iosif Vulcan and Arcadia – TRM manages to promote the love of theater among both children and adults in the Bihor localities, reaffirming its role as an open and involved public institution.

Theater for all Bihor residents

The Iosif Vulcan troupe opened the series of trips this season in October, with the show "The Venetian Anonymous", presented at the Tinca Cultural Center. During the same period, the Arcadia Troupe brought the magic of children's theater to the county, with the performances "Apolodor, the Traveling Penguin", held in Tileagd, and "The Man", performed in Aleșd.

Until the end of the year, both troupes will continue to bring theater closer to the Bihor communities.
Thus, the Iosif Vulcan Troupe will present, on November 12, from 12:00, the improvisational show "Impro Patzan Show" at the "Miron Pompiliu" Culture House in Ștei, and in December they will have two shows: on December 3, from 18:00 - the comedy "Attractive Offer" at the Beiuș Culture House and on December 18, from 19:00, at the Salonta Culture House the show "Hope never goes up in the elevator. Tickets for these shows can be purchased directly from the locations where the shows will be held.

In parallel, the Arcadia Troupe will hold a performance of the show "Red Riding Hood" on November 5 at the "Alexandru Roman" Technical College in Aleşd, followed by the beloved show "Apolodor, the Traveling Penguin" on November 14 at the Bratca Cultural Center. Both shows are organized in partnership with local schools, to offer children the joy of a direct encounter with theater.

Through these trips, the Regina Maria Theater continues to contribute to making culture accessible in rural and small urban areas, offering quality performances to children and adults from Bihor, regardless of the distance from Oradea.

In addition to the intense activity carried out in the county, the Regina Maria Theater proudly represented Oradea on important stages in the country, participating in prestigious festivals and events.

Between October 17 and 20, the performances "An Enemy of the People" and "Why Does the Vatman Frunza?" were included in the selection of the National Theater Festival in Bucharest, one of the most important events dedicated to theatrical art in Romania.

Also in October, the comedy "D'ale carnavalului" successfully closed the "Youth Theatre Week" Festival in Buzău (October 23–25), enjoying a full house and thunderous applause.

In November, the show "Hope Never Goes Up the Elevator" will be presented in Baia Mare, as part of the anniversary event "30 Years Dedicated to Social Assistance" organized by ASSOC, and at the end of the month, "D'ale Carnavalului" will also reach the stage of the North Theater in Satu Mare, on November 30.

Through its activity, the Regina Maria Theatre reaffirms the identity of theatre as a living presence in the community, being a partner in dialogue, education and emotion for audiences of all ages. Whether performing on stages in Oradea, in schools and cultural centers in the county, or at festivals across the country, the TRM team carries the same message: theatre is accessible to all.
