PRESS RELEASE | Anti-bullying exhibition at the Arcadia Theater
The Arcadia Theater is currently hosting the poster exhibition Be brave, don't let them in your mind!, dedicated to children who have faced bullying situations over time. The exhibition is the result of the work of six students from different schools in Oradea, who participated this summer in the "Antibullying Messengers" activities organized by psychologist Ioana Drugaș within the Drug Club.
The activities aimed to form healthy beliefs and discover courageous values, necessary for an effective attitude against the bullying phenomenon that is taking hold in the school environment.
The children managed to find various remedies against bullying, correlated them with their own passions, from football or hiking, to piano, dancing, or horse riding, and created posters of... the solutions.
The children also took on the mission of being anti-bullying messengers in their school.
The poster exhibition was presented in the form of a traveling route, in six steps.
The exhibition inauguration took place on Thursday, September 14, at the Arcadia Theater. Organized groups of students walked the itinerary proposed by the anti-bullying messengers, received explanations from them at every step, and benefited from an interactive discussion with psychologist Ioana Drugaș and the exhibitors.
The exhibition will remain open until September 22 and is accessible free of charge to all children interested in this topic.
