SMALL OR BIG IN A NEW FORMULA

The Arcadia Troupe of the Regina Maria Theatre invites you on Saturday, October 3, from 4:00 PM, to the Arcadia Studio Hall, where the performance of the show "Small or Big?", directed by Viktoria Nagy, will take place. The show is primarily aimed at children aged 0 to 3, being the first concept of this kind by the Arcadia Troupe.

AWARD-WINNING SHOW AT THE ATELIER FESTIVAL!

show A Thousand and One Frontiers (The Tale of Aladdin), by Radu Dinulescu, artistic direction by Luis Montoto, won the Scenography Award at the International Theatre Festival Atelier organized in Sfântu Gheorghe. The Arcadia troupe participated in the 22nd edition of the festival on June 7, when the show was highly appreciated by both the audience and the jury.

”"A Thousand and One Frontiers (The Story of Aladdin)" – present at two international festivals

The Arcadia troupe of the Regina Maria Theatre has been present in recent days at two international festivals in the country with the show ”"A Thousand and One Frontiers (The Story of Aladdin)"”, by Radu Dinulescu, under the artistic direction of Luis Montoto. The actors from Oradea were invited to participate in the International Children's Theater Festival "Arlechino 66 - Caravan of Tales" in Brașov and the "Atelier" Festival, the oldest theater festival in the country, now in its 22nd edition, organized in Sfântu Gheorghe.

LITTLE RED RIDING RIDING, AWARD-WINNING SHOW AT THE GALATI FESTIVAL!

The Arcadia troupe of the Regina Maria Theater won the award for music at the International Animation Festival Gulliver, from Galaţi. Present with the show Little Red Riding Hood directed by Maria Mierluţ, the actors from Oradea were among the 21 bands from Romania and abroad that were selected. The prize won was awarded to the Hungarian composer Endre SÁROSSY.

FOLKLORE TREASURY ON TVR1!

The third part of the anniversary show Folklore Treasure, organized by the Regina Maria Theatre- Professional Artistic Ensemble Crişana, recorded in the Great Hall, will be broadcast on Sunday, May 17, 2015, at 4:00 p.m., on the national television channel. After the first two parts were broadcast by TVR1 on the occasion of the Easter holiday, the third part will now be broadcast, and the following are to be scheduled.

PARTICIPATION IN THE EUROMARIONETTE FESTIVAL, ARAD!

The Regina Maria Theater – Arcadia Troupe participates in the 16th edition of the International Animation Art Festival “EuroMarionete”, organized at the Ioan Slavici Classical Theater Arad – Marionette Troupe, between May 3 and 10, 2015. For a week, the little ones (and not only them!) will enjoy theater performances with dolls and marionettes, street performances, but also competitions of all kinds.

ARCADIA BAND ON INTERNATIONAL TOUR!

The Arcadia troupe of the Regina Maria Theatre embarks on an international tour with the show A Thousand and One Frontiers (The Story of Aladdin)). According to the European project  Itineraries within the European Cultural Programme “Culture 2007 – 2013”, the last stage foresees the support of 6 performances in Hungary and Belgium. Therefore, the actors will give two performances in the Hungarian city of Veszprem and 4 in Brussels, all of this during the period 23 April – 5 May 2015.
