The Arcadia troupe of the Regina Maria Theatre announces the second premiere of the season, A Thousand and One Frontiers (The Story of Aladdin)The show will take place on Sunday, October 12, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., but another performance is scheduled for the same day, at 5:00 p.m. A national co-production, the show is part of the Itinerance project, funded by the European Union through the Culture program.
The Regina Maria Theater announces the 30th performance of the show Fiddler on the Roof. Now in its fourth season, the show will be performed on Monday, October 13, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., at the Great Hall. Every time, Fiddler on the Roof It was played behind closed doors. The Regina Maria Theatre has the honor to invite you to the conference organized within the framework of the Arcadia Children’s Theatre Festival – TRADITIONAL SHADOW THEATRE FROM TURKEY – THE KARAGOZ CHARACTER. The conference is chaired by two distinguished guests, the most famous artists of shadow theatre: Cengiz Özek and Stefan Andreas Apolon Kokkinos Carelius, both laureates of dozens of awards and invited to over 100 international festivals.
The Operacademy Cultural Association, in partnership with the FITO Cultural Foundation, the Regina Maria Theater and the University of Oradea - Faculty of Arts, is launching the project of the first opera workshop in Oradea, with the support of the Oradea State Philharmonic.

Oradea International Theatre Festival – Children's Theatre Festival 2nd Edition (September 20 – October 12, 2014)

The 2nd edition of the "Arcadia" Children's Theater Festival took place between September 20 and October 12, 2014 and brought together under its aegis a variety of cultural offerings, which were welcomed by both the little ones and those who have preserved the innocence of childhood in their souls.
The novelty of this edition was the children's theater performances supported by the international companies Karromato from the Czech Republic and Kukla Istanbul from Turkey, as well as the involvement in the project of important theater schools in the country, which presented their own productions, thus giving them the opportunity to play in front of a large audience. Also, another attraction of the event were the street puppet shows supported by the PurAnima Bucharest Association, which skillfully initiated passers-by into the universe of puppet theater.
The Regina Maria Theatre opens the new 2014-2015 season with a unique performance by the Arcadia Troupe. The actors bring to the stage the first premiere of the fall – Russian folk tales, a show performed by the new actress of the Arcadia Troupe, Bianca Viviana Priceputu, and the well-known actor Igor Lungu.
The Regina Maria Theater and the FITO Cultural Foundation, in partnership with the Oradea City Hall, the Bihor County Council, AFCN and UNITER announce the holding of the second edition of the Oradea International Theater Festival (FITO), between September 20 and October 12, in Oradea.
Within FITO we will have this year: the 20th edition of the Short Theatre Festival (September 21-28, festival-competition, the selection of which was made by the critic Ion Parhon), the Guest Performances section, the Fringe Theatre Festival, the Theatre Schools Section and the Arcadia Children's Theatre Festival (2nd edition).
The Regina Maria Theater announces the resumption of activity after a one-month vacation. And this summer, the Iosif Vulcan and Arcadia troupes have prepared a surprise for the audience: a summer micro-season, which will take place between August 15 and September 15, 2014.
Love, in four paintings, Phantom Pains, Leonce and Lena, The Wizard of Oz, Little Red Riding Hood, Dust, Barefoot in the park, Goat with three kids are the shows that can be seen during the micro-season. Ticket prices are special during this period. Admission to each show costs 10 lei, except for the show Leonce and Lena, but which also benefits from a discount, the price of a ticket in the hall being only 15 lei, in the box office - 20 lei, in the balcony - 10 lei. In addition, pupils and students benefit from another discount in the case of this show, the price of a ticket for them being 10 lei. In the case of shows for children, the little ones will pay 5 lei/ticket, adults paying 10 lei as well.
Tickets were put on sale both at the theater agency, open Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 19:00, Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 and 13:00, and online, on the website www.biletmaster.roTickets can also be purchased one hour before the show.

The event is organized by the Oradea Community Foundation and will take place on Saturday, June 28, 2014, at the Ioan Alexandrescu Olympic Pool, between 10:00 and 14:00. During it, actors and volunteers of the Regina Maria Theater will compete in swimming events and will try, through their action, to raise funds for the Oradea International Theater Festival (FITO 2014), the 2nd edition, which will take place between September 20 and October 12, 2014.
The Iosif Vulcan troupe of the Regina Maria Theatre announces the seventh premiere of the 2013-2014 season, the show Love, in four paintings, which will take place on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, from 7:00 p.m., at Sunrise MillWritten by Lukas Barfuss, the play is staged by director Daniel Vulcu.
The show will be played to a sold-out crowd, with tickets being sold out in full. The next performance will take place on Thursday, June 12, 2012, at 7:00 PM, at Moara Răsărit.

The Regina Maria Theater participated on Thursday, May 15, at the International New Theater Festival in Arad, with the highly successful show LEONCE AND LENA (script by Mihai Măniuțiu and Ada Milea, after Georg Buchner).
The second edition of the International New Theatre Festival in Arad takes place between May 9-18 and includes the newest theatre performances in Romania (among which we mention the Focus category "Radu Afrim", with 4 performances present in Arad, as well as street or pub performances).
The Arad audience enjoyed the show of the Regina Maria Theater, rewarding the performance that took place in the Great Hall of the "Ioan Slavici" Classical Theater with long applause.
For the Regina Maria Theater, the trip to Ploiești in June follows, also with the show LEONCE AND LENA, which participates in the Festival. Directorial meetings, organized by the "Toma Caragiu" Theater.
The Regina Maria Theatre Days are in their second edition. The theatre event showcases the most successful productions of the 2013-2014 season and is dedicated to the public and theatre critics from all over the country. Every evening, from 7:00 PM, in the Great Hall, Oradea actors will perform in dramas, comedies and musicals.
On the first evening, in May 22, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., the show is scheduled Leonce and Lena, a full, lively musical show. A tasty comedy, a political satire or just a love story mixed with weed and youthful wanderings, a script by Mihai Măniuţiu and Ada Milea based on the play by Georg Buchner. Or… for some… a great concert, composed head to toe by Ada Milea. A show worth seeing more than just once!!!
